Passionate about seeing lives transformed by the love of
Christ, Pastors Jerry and Sheri Beeson lead Living Waters
with a heart for community, faith, and spiritual renewal.
With years of ministry experience, they are dedicated to
creating a place where people can encounter God’s
presence, grow in their faith, and walk in their purpose.
Their leadership is marked by a deep love for people, a
commitment to biblical truth, and a desire to see hearts
refreshed and lives changed.

With a passion for guiding the next generation, Amanda
and Brent Berry lead the youth ministry at Living Waters,
creating a space where young people can grow in faith,
build meaningful relationships, and discover their God-
given purpose. Their heart is to inspire and equip students
to live boldly for Christ, fostering a community of
encouragement, worship, and spiritual growth.

With a heart for nurturing young faith, De Wilbourn leads
the children's ministry at Living Waters, creating a fun, safe,
and Christ-centered environment where kids can grow in
their love for Jesus. Through engaging lessons, worship,
and hands-on activities, De is dedicated to helping
children build a strong spiritual foundation and experience
God’s love in a meaningful way.

Living Waters Tabernacle Appeals for Support and Restoration of Local Church Autonomy

Meeker, OK – June 13, 2025 —The majority of the congregation of Living Waters Tabernacle in Meeker,
Oklahoma announces its deep concern and unified objection to actions taken by leadership within the
Oklahoma District of the Pentecostal Church of God (PCG), including the attempt to remove of our
elected Pastor and Church Board Members on May 5, 2025.

We affirm these actions were taken without our consent and in our collective understanding and belief,
these actions were carried out without due process, proper consultation, or adherence to Oklahoma
Laws or the bylaws that have long governed both our local church and the broader Fellowship.
Following this decision, District leadership proceeded to change the locks on our building, freeze our
church bank account, and unilaterally appoint and assume the roles of the Living Waters Tabernacle
governing board.

We believe these steps were not only unjust but also contrary to the spirit of Biblical Unity and fellowship.
To this date, no credible evidence or formal justification has been presented to show that our church
faced any “emergency situation” that would warrant such extreme intervention. Nor was the church
leadership team allowed a proper forum to address the allegations, despite repeated request.

Instead, we believe that it is the actions of the Sectional Presbyter, District Presbyter, District Secretary,
and District Bishop—alongside support from national leadership—that have caused a true emergency
within our spiritual community.

These events have left our members deeply wounded, our church divided, and our mission hindered.
We stand not in defiance, but in deep sorrow and conviction—calling upon fellow ministers, churches,
and believers in the PCG and beyond to stand with us in prayer, in truth, and in defense of spiritual
integrity.

Living Waters Tabernacle has faithfully served under the covering of the PCG for over 30 years. We
acknowledge the thousands of churches around the world who remain steadfast in the Gospel of Jesus
Christ under this same fellowship. However, we also recognize that a handful of unchecked individuals
have the capacity to unravel the testimony, structure, and legacy of entire local bodies through the
misuse of loosely interpreted bylaws.

We are determined to protect the testimony of Christ in our community. We seek to reunite our
congregation under one roof and continue fulfilling the divine call that rests on our church. We ask for
your support, your voice, and your prayers as we walk forward in truth, accountability, and healing.
